There is a growing family gathering around the apostolic ministries emerging in the Movement, led by Steve Uppal. Apostolic ministry means being called, like the many and varied apostles both in the New Testament and throughout church history, to plant churches and to be a father or a master-builder to churches and pastors.
The closest connection in the network is those congregations that are established by All Nations or choose to become part of the one church. All Nations is becoming a multi-site church with a number of congregations, some geographical and some for different language groups.
There are also pastors and leaders looking to Pastor Steve for wisdom, encouragement and direction, and certain churches are looking at the possibility of becoming committed as part of the network while remaining separate churches.
The Movement is developing slowly and steadily because Pastor Steve’s main concern is that it should be a relational network. We want to reflect the New Testament emphasis on local churches and apostolic teams being built on relationships formed by the Holy Spirit rather than on function or ministry. Rick Kaul, Lawrence Neisent, Henry Ita, Akhtar Shah and Chris Horton currently assist Pastor Steve in various ways with the Movement.
Our key aim is to grow leaders who carry the vision, culture and heart of All Nations who will invest in others and develop a disciple-making culture.
