Senior Leaders


Alongside his wife Esther, Steve has been the senior leader of the multi-cultural and multi-campus All Nations Church since 2001. Steve is also recognised as the Apostolic leader of the growing All Nations Movement which gathers churches and leaders together with the vision of turning nations back to God through prayer, church planting, repurposing existing churches and equipping leaders.

As an anointed and engaging speaker, Steve’s passion is for the church to fulfil her glorious destiny and for every believer to become strong in their inner being, engage with God’s purpose and find their place in His plans.

Steve is the author of 4 books; Rousing the Warriors – A prophetic call to boldly advance the kingdom, One Life – A guide to living a life of purpose, Burning Ones – Awakening your heart to burn and Highly Flammable – A 40-day devotional to awaken your passion for God.

Esther leads the pastoral department, whilst leading prophetically to ensure that members of the church are cared for and nurtured.

She is an influential speaker as well as much loved pastor who imparts strength and loves nothing more than to encourage people of all ages to never give up!

Steve and Esther have four children: Bethany, Sophia, Joel and Judah.

Wolverhampton Leadership Team

Simon & Abi Lloydbottom

Simon and Abi have been part of the All Nations family since 2009, having both completed a year at Bible school. They were heavily involved in leading youth work in the Bristol church where they met.
Now, as parents to Lily, Katie and Jonah, Simon and Abi have a heart for the All Nations vision and enjoy being active members of the church.

Alongside being a full-time mum, Abi has a passion for prayer and the prophetic, whilst as a chartered accountant, Simon supports with the financial management of the church. 

Manuel & Hannah Heinke

Manuel and Hannah Heinke met in Texas in 2010 where they served for 2 years in youth ministry in the local high schools and in the local church. Afterwards, they lived for one year in Germany (Manuel’s home country), before moving back to Hannah's hometown, Wolverhampton, in 2013 to join All Nations together, the church in which Hannah grew up.
Manuel is passionate about preaching and teaching, and Hannah has a heart for those in need in the community. Both are Life Group area leaders for West Wolverhampton. Manuel is an operations manager and Hannah is a youth mentor.

Manuel and Hannah are parents to Isaac, born in 2015 and Ameilie, born in 2018. 

Josh & Susie Raybould

Josh and Susie have been part of the All Nations family since 2017. Susie currently works at Youth for Christ as Head of The Year Out and Josh at All Nations, overseeing some of the ministry aspects in Wolverhampton. This includes Frontline Youth and supporting our senior Pastors, Steve and Esther Uppal. 

Josh and Susie both have a passion to see young people step into everything that God has for them, and to journey with those who want to grow in their relationship with Jesus. 

Telford Leadership Team

Rick & Sarah Kaul

Rick and Sarah Kaul have been part of All Nations since 2001. Rick has ministered with Pastor Steve since he was 11 years old and was a member of the Christian Warriors team. In 2003, he married Sarah, Steve’s sister. After many years working in All Nations and leading the Frontline Youth team, Rick is now the campus leader of All Nations Telford alongside his wife, Sarah. They are parents to Reuben and Sienna, and they have a heart for young people, particularly those in vulnerable situations.

Rick and Sarah run several family businesses and have a vision for Christian businesses impacting the community; they support those who are also in business in the local area.
