Senior Leaders

Steve & Esther Uppal

Alongside his wife Esther, Steve has been the senior leader of the multi-cultural and multi-campus All Nations Church since 2001. Steve is also recognised as the Apostolic leader of the growing All Nations Movement which gathers churches and leaders together with the vision of turning nations back to God through prayer, church planting, repurposing existing churches and equipping leaders.

As an anointed and engaging speaker, Steve’s passion is for the church to fulfil her glorious destiny and for every believer to become strong in their inner being, engage with God’s purpose and find their place in His plans.

Steve is the author of 4 books; Rousing the Warriors – A prophetic call to boldly advance the kingdom, One Life – A guide to living a life of purpose, Burning Ones – Awakening your heart to burn and Highly Flammable – A 40-day devotional to awaken your passion for God.

Esther leads the pastoral department, whilst leading prophetically to ensure that members of the church are cared for and nurtured.

She is an influential speaker as well as much loved pastor who imparts strength and loves nothing more than to encourage people of all ages to never give up!

Steve and Esther have four children: Bethany, Sophia, Joel and Judah.

Andrew & Marcia Mumo

Andrew & Marcia joined the All Nations family in 2017. They both have a heart to serve and support the body of Christ and have served in various capacities in the church since then.

Andrew has a passion for worship and prayer and Marcia’s passions are in dealing with the vulnerable in society. Currently they are involved with the Prayer Hub, Frontline Kids and are part of the Home Church overseers team.

Andrew works in recruitment  and Marcia as a personal advisor working with young people. They are blessed with 2 children Daniel and Naomi.

Josh & Susie Raybould

Josh and Susie have been part of the All Nations family since 2017 and are both currently on the staff team. Josh oversees Frontline Youth, Discipleship Training and Home Churches. Susie oversees the All Nations Leadership College, Internships and some editorial responsibilities.
 
Josh and Susie both have a passion to see young people step into everything that God has for them, and to journey with those of all ages who want to grow in their relationship with Jesus. They have a little boy called Caleb and enjoy watching him growing and exploring the world each day.

Tom & Bethany Milne

Bethany and Thomas met in Nottingham where they both moved to study for their degrees. Bethany is the oldest daughter of Steve and Esther Uppal and has grown up as part of the All Nations Family. Thomas officially joined All Nations when they moved from Nottingham to Wolverhampton in 2021 but had been involved from a distance before that. They both have a heart for worship and are part of the team. They also lead the Student Ministry here at All Nations alongside their jobs in law and engineering.

Bethany and Thomas lead a student and young adult home church and are parents to a baby girl, born in 2022.

All Nations Punjabi Church

Pastors Jagdish & Surinder have been leading Punjabi Church for over 15 years. God spoke to them and asked that they would serve His people unconditionally. Through this they have seen the faithfulness of God as many have come to know the abundant life of Jesus.

They continue to serve the Punjabi community and have a vision to see Punjab and Punjabi's across the globe saved for Jesus.

All Nations Chinese Church

We are a group of Chinese people who love Jesus and we are being changed by God's love and becoming more like Jesus every day.  
 
We meet and fellowship regularly together at different times and in different locations, we speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Fuzhou and Fuqing dialects. If you would like to find out more about us, please contact us by the email button below.

All Nations GEM Church

GEM: God Excites Me (For adults with additional needs)

GEM was started to reach adults with additional needs with the love of God, and to bring the gospel in an accessible way. GEM is aimed at adults with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, autism and mental health. We currently have 3 home church groups meeting fortnightly, one in Wednesfield, one in Warstones and one in Graiseley. We also have accessible courses including discovery for those interested in learning more about being a disciple of Jesus, and Marriage course teaching biblical foundations for marriage.

Trustees

The trustees provide governance and financial wisdom and oversight, as well as accountability for All Nations Wolverhampton.
